WHO WE ARE:
Leah Mara Suarez has been the heart of LMPRO since its foundation in 2011. She started the company with a simple idea: production should be seamless and sustainable, and budgets transparent.
With a mix of careful planning, creative vision, and hands-on experience, Leah brings every project to life—from initial comps to the final execution. Whether it’s motion or still photography, she knows how to pull together the right people in the most inspiring locations.
At LMPRO, flexibility is key. Each project is built to scale up or down as needed, so clients get exactly the support they need at every stage. Leah and her team work closely with each client to make sure every detail aligns with their goals, timelines, and creative vision.

COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY:
Most of us are aware of our industry’s wastefulness. Thousands of tons end up in landfills each year, much of which can be repurposed, recycled, donated, or composted.
Through a “Green The Bid” initiative, we’re committed to reducing our environmental impact by adopting sustainable production practices—like eliminating plastic bottles, recycling waste and food, monitoring power use, choosing renewable energy when possible, hiring hybrid vehicles, and minimizing paper use (printing only on 100% recycled paper when needed).
We care deeply about the planet and want our business to give back to nature. That’s why we’ve partnered with One Tree Planted (@onetreeplanted). For every dollar donated, one tree is planted—helping clean our air and water, support biodiversity, improve wellbeing, and create jobs.
By contributing 1% of each production’s projected budget to reforestation, we’re proud to make sustainability a core part of our work. Together, we’re building a greener future—one production at a time.
